Se declaró la nulidad de todo lo actuado en la tutela interpuesta por la ciudadana de la referencia contra el Colegio Niño Jesús, a partir del auto proferido por el Juzgado Quinto Laboral del Circuito de Bogotá, toda vez que se le dio aplicación al Decreto 1382 de 2000 que resultó contrario a la Constitución.
En consecuencia, se ordenó remitir el expediente al mencionado Juzgado para que realice el trámite que corresponda conforme a la Ley.
